Risk Management presents proactive approach to the risk management. Risk Management can be described as an activity focused on the identification, analysis, evaluation, monitoring and control of risks. Every project includes some rate of risk. Project manager should pay attention to the identification of project risks, it's qualitative and quantitative analysis, the reaction planning, the monitoring and the risk control.
