摘要
(Figure Presented) Octahedral molecular sieves: Crystalline orthorhombic Mo3VOx (see SEM image), which was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis, contains microchannels made up of seven-membered rings of corner-sharing {MO6} octahedra. Small molecules such as methane, ethane, N2, Ar, CO2 can enter the microchannels of this compound, which exhibits the type I adsorption behavior typical of microporous materials. © 2008 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
