摘要：

Endoscope-assisted transoral excision of a huge parapharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma. The treatment of choice for a parapharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma is total surgical resection. We describe an endoscope-assisted transoral excision of a huge parapharyngeal pleomorphic adenoma, and discuss the benefits of this type of operation.
