摘要：

At present, urban tourism resource exploration and protection guided by the low-carbon economy principle is a very practical and urgent issue to be studied in China. In this paper, the authors stress that sustainable development of cities and tourism can be finally realized through systematically reducing and avoiding the destroying of tourism resource, fundamentally decreasing and preventing tourism wastes' discharge, reasonably programming and arranging scenic spots, and leading tourists to carry out low-carbon consumption.
