摘要：

Tests of cholestasis are the most frequently performed tests of liver function. Beside birubin and bile acids; the measurement plasma gamma-glutamyltransferase activity is mostly used for its good sensitivity and relatively high specificity. Testing of liver insufficiency is based mainly on the decrease of albuminemia or the increase of prothrombin time. Acute or chronic liver inflammation is mainly evaluated through serum protein electrophoresis.
