摘要
As the drive unit of EMU, gearbox is the key component of EMU, its operating status directly affects the normal operation of the EMU, prone to damage. In this paper, a type of gearbox is under modal analysis, the principle of finite modal analysis and experimental modal analysis method are introduced, and a theoretical model of modal analysis is established. Two modal parameters and modes are obtained by the two methods. Results, obtained by the two methods are very similar, which confirmed the feasibility of the box modal analysis method for mastering the dynamic characteristics of the model of the gearbox and to provide a theoretical and experimental basis to optimize the model.
