摘要
In this work, for the first time, a 3D printed slotted waveguide array antenna with 12 radiating elements and a differential feed design for W-band is presented. A gain of 12 dBi is achieved with a half power beam width of 6 degrees and a side lobe level of 19 dB due to the optimized radiating slot elements position and geometry. The tilt angle remains within 2 degrees in the frequency range from 75 GHz to 82 GHz and within only 1 degrees from 77 GHz to 82 GHz respectively. A well known concept is applied to improve metal plating process and thus, allow for a complex differential feed structure.
