摘要
In this paper, we study the non-invasive detection of jaundice. The survey has been proposed regarding issue and challenges of jaundice detection by measuring bilirubin concentration in the infants using non-invasive techniques. The bilirubin concentration measurement is used to determine the level of jaundice in the neonates. Hyperbilirubinemia or Neonates Jaundice is commonly happened in the neonates or newborns due to raising of the amount of bilirubin in the body. Invasive method i.e. total serum bilirubin (TSB) cause heel puncture pain to the neonates. According to the survey we study non-invasive techniques devices i.e. Transcutaneous bilirubinometer (TcB) diminish blood sample and heel puncture pain by not using any blood sample from the neonates for jaundice detection but there are some factors that affects the bilirubin detection. The factors that affects the bilirubin detection process are the issues and challenges of the non-invasive techniques.
