摘要
The paper demonstrates the efficient use of combination of intelligent information processing technology and economic logic for solving the problem of customer segmentation. The aim of the study is to obtain classification schemes able to support business marketing. Previous attempts for the same problem only used quantitative technologies of Data Mining. The management decision method facing economics logic thinking is proposed in this paper. The studying objective of economic logic is economy activity. With the broad application of IT and networking technology, electronic commerce is developing rapidly. Under the new economic form, management decision needs use not only intelligent information technology but logical rational guideline and thinking. The paper combines decision tree technology of data mining technology and economic logic method to do the research of Customer Relationship Management in electronic commerce. This is an advantageous approach enabling combination of quantitative processing and qualitative analysis. A real cage is also discussed in detail, and the effective and supportive results prove that the management decision method facing economic logic thinking is worthwhile.
