摘要
In this paper, we report for the first time, the synthesis of nanocrystalline CZTS particles via an ultrasonically assisted sol-gel method using three different solvents. XRD studies along with Raman spectroscopy show that the synthesized CZTS nanocrystallites have the tetragonal structure. Optical studies show that the band gap energy is in the range 1.4-1.5 eV and TEM as well as HRTEM studies reveal particles of size 2-4 nm. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
