High-frequency characteristics of weakly and moderately non-ideal plasmas in an external electric field

In this paper, we present the results of the calculations of high-frequency electroconductivity, dielectric permeability and refraction and reflection coefficients of a fully ionized gaseous plasma in an external electric field. The electron density, N-e, and temperature, T-e, varied in the domains 10(17) less than or equal to N-e less than or equal to 10(19) cm(-3) and 10 000 less than or equal to T-e less than or equal to 50 000 K, while the electric field was in the microwave and far-infrared frequency regions. The calculations are based on the modified random phase approximation theory. The final results are also shown in a parametrized form suitable for laboratory applications.
