摘要
Investigation on the whole plant of Reinwardtia trigyna (Roxb.) has led to the isolation of three new secondary metabolites, namely wardtiamide A 1 (1,3-Dihydroxy-2-(2', 3'-dihydroxy, 11'-(E)ene- heptadecanoylamino)-tetracosane], wardtiamide B 2 (1,3-Dihydroxy-2-(2', 3'-dihydroxy, 11'-(E)ene- heptadecanoyamino)-pentacosane), and 2-((2,6-dimethoxybenzyloxy) methyl)-6-((Z)-3-hydroxyprop- 1-enyloxy) tetrahydro-2H-pyran-3,4,5-triol 3. In addition, four known compounds have also been isolated for the first time from this plant, namely stigmasterol-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside 4, beta-sitosterol- 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside 5, stigmasterol 6, and beta-sitosterol 7. These secondary metabolites were isolated through different chromatographic techniques, such as normal and reverse phase chromatography column chromatography (silica gel, ODS, and sephadex LH-20), normal and reverse phase HPLC, vacuum liquid chromatography, and the purity of the compounds was checked on precoated TLC cards. The isolated compounds were characterized by using conventional and modern spectroscopic techniques including mass spectrometry (EI-MS, FAB-MS (+ve/-ve), HREI-MS, ESIMS), 1D-and 2D-NMR techniques (H-1-NMR, C-13-NMR, COSY, HSQC, HMBC, TOCSY, NOESY). It is the first report of the isolation of ceramides 1, 2, aromatic glycoside 3, and other known compounds 4-7 from this plant.
