摘要
Washout Filter is a simple filter and easy to be designed. A control system based on Washout-Filter can keep the stability point of the system unchanged. Time delays affect the behavior of a dynamic system significantly. Chaos have,e been found in a simplest time-delayed neural network system consisted with even one neuron. In this paper, we illustrate chaos in a uncertain time-delayed neural network system consisted with one neuron by estimate its largest Lyapunov exponent, a chaos control system based Washout-Filter is proposed, and the stability of control system is analyzed. The bifurcation diagram of the control system is given.
