摘要：

The inter-regional professional organization Steelmakers Association, the non-commercial partnership Consortium of Manufacturers of Railroad Technology (OPZhT), the holding company EvrazKholding, the institute Chermetinformatsiya, and the All-Russia Research Institute of Rail Transport hosted the XI International Congress of Steelmakers and Producers of Transport Metal - TRANSMET-2010. The Congress was held on October 3-8, 2010 at the Nizhniy Tagil Metallurgical Combine - the largest manufacturer of transportation-grade metal, now in its 70th year of operation.
