摘要：

To girls, 800-meter race is an important index in the evaluation of physical health, in order to raise 800-meter race's result, we should find the primary and secondary factors performance-related with 800-meter race, seizing the main contradiction in teaching. In this article, we use girls 800 meters race as teaching materials, Firstly, to make the orthogonal factor rotation through the initial factor matrix and the varimax method, after done it, to name the main components with orthogonal factor table and radicate the key indicators relating 800-meter race, at last, established the mathematical model. it provided reference for teaching and making quantitative exercise prescription.
