摘要
We demonstrate that Nb3Sn coatings suitable for use in superconducting microwave devices can be produced by electrocodeposition of Nb and Sn. Superconducting cavities have been fabricated by electrodeposition in a galvanostatic mode using such coatings, and their performance has been evaluated.
