摘要
The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the world of schools and the conditions of practice of the teaching profession. To draw a portrait of the working conditions of teachers in Quebec and to evaluate their questions about their future employment, a survey of 1683 people working at various levels of education was conducted in June 2020, at the heart of the first wave of COVID-19. The results reveal a portrait of the conditions as perceived by teachers and, at the same time, highlight certain shortcomings in the management of the crisis, the information provided and the training offered, which have exacerbated certain weaknesses among teachers.
