摘要
This paper discusses the appropriateness of Europeanization in English to Chinese translation by analyzing an English article, Climate crisis on our plates, and its translated Chinese version from a popular bilingual website at morphological and syntactic levels and finds out whether a so-called Europeanized structure is acceptable or not depends on its role in expression and understanding. The unnecessary Europeanized structures should be avoided, while those have been widely accepted can be applied to facilitate our translation and expression.
