Carbon dioxide is one of gases causing greenhouse effect, so there are a lot of research going on technologies limiting the CO2 emission into the atmosphere. The sequestration is an action of capturing, separation and storage Of CO2. The article is a review of technology and separation reducing CO2 emission. The present methods of CO2 capture for example post-combustion, pre-combustion, technology oxyfuel, hydrocarb and using fuel cells.
