摘要
An evolutionary model of ultrametric diffusion based on the ultrametric diffusion equation corresponds to the hierarchical picture of the referent description of biological world and one of the central problems of evolution theory, the problem of the error catastrophe. The error catastrophe in models is essentially related to the Archimedean metric and the combinatorially large size of the space of sequences and these considerations stimulate the search for evolution. The referent representation of the biological world is based on the assumption that each level of organization has integral typical representatives. The referent representation of the evolution process includes both horizontal evolution, which is related to the accumulation (reproduction), differentiation, recombination, and integration of bearers of referent features, and vertical evolution. In conclusion, the successive factorization of referent features with decreasing evolution temperature can be interpreted as an ultrametric concept of the origination and evolution of the biosphere.
