摘要：

In the paper the new electrothermal model of the monolithic switched-mode voltage regulator operating with the synchronous buck converter was proposed. The form of this model dedicated for SPICE is presented as well as the results of the verification of the correctness of this model was shown for the application circuits of the regulator TPS 54310 PWP. (The model of the switched mode voltage regulator with synchronous dc-dc converter)
