摘要
The paper deals with design and development of control system for commercial door motion control based on single chip microprocessor. Used electric drive is driven by PWM driver because of controlling the door motion velocity and door slow stop. The door position is indicated by signals from door inductive proximity sensors and electric drive rpm encoder. The door motion control is based on processing signals not only from position sensor but also from passive infrared motion sensor modules. The reliability of the system is enhanced with signal processing from power supply failure sensor and fire sensor. There are described used electric drive characteristics, principle of PWM control and particular power output block diagrams including comments and photographs of developed system.
