摘要：

Evaluation of knowledge management performance is not only an important way to know the level of knowledge management of enterprise but also a necessary component of it. This paper proposes an indicator system of knowledge management's performance evaluation and establishes the performance evaluation model based on combination of Fuzzy Evaluation Method and AHP method(Fuzzy-AHP). Examples are demonstrated to show the performance of the Fuzzy-AHP method.
