摘要
A novel transmission-service pricing method is proposed. in this paper. This method is developed based on power-How tracing which determines each participant's contribution to the line power flows throughout the whole network. The generators supply the consumers through transmission fines according to Kirchoffs Laws. The actual power-flow paths are not determined or constant but related to contractual paths, the real-time demand of each node and realtime production of each generator. Only by using the actual data can an accurate allocation of transmission-service costs for each participant be obtained. The main advantage of the proposed method is that it uses real-time data of the network to determine the payment of each node. The data is acquired by dynamic sampling. Analysis shows that fairness and transparence is guaranteed as the sampling rate becomes large.
