摘要：

There have been considerable changes within health, education and education catering (school meals) services in the last 15 years. This has had a significant impact on the quantity and quality of education that today's schoolchildren receive about nutrition. Schools educate children both through the formal National Curriculum and through the 'hidden curriculum'. This paper considers the place of nutrition in bath, and the links between them. School nutrition action groups are presented as an approach to linking both the formal and informal curriculum
