Spectrochemical analytical possibilities of a unipolar alternating-current arc in the photoelectric recording of spectra

摘要
Experimental studies on the optimization of conditions for exciting the spectrum of dry residues of metal solutions at the end of a carbon electrode were performed an an MFS-8 photoelectric instrument with an allowance made for the level and fluctuations of the background radiation in the photoelectric recording of the spectrum. The determination limits of elements from 30-mu L samples of pure solutions, with relative standard deviations of 30%, were as follows (ng): Cu, 0.2; Pb, 0.61; Cd, 0.2; Mn, 0.1; Zn, 0.6; Ni, 0.5; and Sn, 1.5.
