摘要
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was applied to the study of cancerous tissues and normal tissues near the cancers of 43 esophagus cancer patients. The results showed that significant differences were seen in the FTIR spectra between the normal and malignant esophageal tissues. The amide band II at about 1550 cm(-1) was weak and broad in the malignant tissues but it was strong and sharp in the normal tissues; the relative intensity of I-1647/II1550 of the malignant tissues was higher than that of the normal tissues; the peak wavenumber of the normal tissues was about 1-6 cm(-1) higher than that of the malignant tissues; the intensity of the band at 1453 cm(-1) in the normal tissues was higher than that in the malignant tissues; the band at 1080 cm(-1) was higher and stronger in the malignant tissues than that in the normal tissues. The ratio of I-1080/I-1550 was higher in the malignant tissues. This might indicate that the FTIR could be used in the clinical diagnoses.
