摘要：

Congenital chylothorax is all uncommon condition, resulting from lymphatic accumulation in the fetal thorax; affected siblings are extremely rare. We report a woman who delivered 3 children with congenital chylothorax- each case was managed differently, including the use of ex utero intrapartum treatment (EXIT) with the third pregnancy.
