摘要：

We have used a microarray containing 1126 nonredundant chicken cDNAs to identify thirteen cellular genes that are consistently up-regulated following infection of chicken embryo fibroblasts with the RB1B strain of Marek's disease virus. Many of the genes can be grouped into those involved in inflammation and cellular stress, cell growth and differentiation, interferon responses, and antigen presentation.
