摘要
A high performance centrifugal partition chromatography (HPCPC) method was successfully developed to purify coniferyl ferulate (CF) from the extracts of commercial Angelica sinensis oil by using n-hexane-ethyl acetate-ethanol-water (5:5:5:5, v/v) as the two-phase solvent system. The upper and lower phases of this system were used as stationary and mobile phases, respectively. The purity of coniferyl ferulate was over 98% as determined by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The structure of coniferyl ferulate was identified by MS, H-1 NMR and C-13 NMR.
