摘要：
Varicoceles, a dilation of veins within the pampiniform plexus, are present in similar to 15% of the general male population. This paper reviews the indications for treatment of varicoceles, post-intervention outcomes following treatment, and the various techniques for treatment of varicoceles. The aim of this review is to describe and compare complications associated with each approach to varicocele treatment. (C) 2017 by American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
