摘要
A wideband and high gain circularly polarized rectangle dielectric resonator antenna (DRA) based on anisotropic structure is proposed. The circular polarization is realized by a cross slot on the ground plane and a spiral feed line with phase delay. The proposed antenna offers 3-dB axial ratio bandwidth of 20.29% (at the center frequency of 3.5 GHz) in the boresight direction and 10 dB impedance bandwidth of 31.43%. The average gain is over 8 dBi in the operating band. The proposed antenna is suitable for Wi-MAX applications.
