摘要
We investigated the relationships among organizational justice, trust and knowledge sharing behavior in the R&D departments of High-Technical Industry in China in order to understand some important employee's behaviors including perception of fairness and justice, attitude of trust, and sharing knowledge in an organization. Based on the "Social Exchange Theory" and "Equity Theory," we set up a model to address these relationships in which distributive justice, procedural justice and interactional justice are independent variables, knowledge sharing behavior is a dependent variable and trust to the organization, the manager and colleagues are mediate variables.
