摘要
Virtual Instrument Technology is a kind of brand-new instrumental systematic concept. With the development of computer and software technology, virtual instrument is gradually becoming the development direction in measurement field. In the existing "Simulation Test and Measurement Platform of Vehicle" (STMPV), instruments and their functions are single. The data from these instruments are not uniform, and are difficult to compare with earth other, and cannot be used in data fusion of multi-sensors and evaluation of systematic performance. The existing measuring platform has disadvantages in several aspects such as versatile, visualization, openness and so on, and its structure is complicated. In order to overcome these disadvantages above mentioned, a new platform has been developed by use of LabVIEW, and a signal processing system of data acquisition card has been established. The expandability of VXI bus, which can improve the system. characteristics, is good used.LabVIEW7.0 and VC++6.0 are combined to solve software platform problems of the "STMPV" on Windows XP The new developed "STMPV" possess systematic calibration, data acquisition, data storage, data processing, which includes numerical value analysis, correlation analysis, digital filter, power spectrum analysis, frequency spectrum analysis, display of gray scale, fake color, equivalence-picture and individual frequency of data and so on. In this paper, the designing process of display of fake color of measurement data is presented in detail. The hardware and software structure are described. The simulations and experiments proved that the functions above can meet the need of project field, teaching and science research field.
