摘要
A series of 6-amino-4-phenyl-3-isopropyl-1-phenyl-4H-pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazol-5-carbonitriles (4a similar to 4j) were synthesized via three-component one-pot reaction of 3-isopropyl-1-phenylpyrazol-5-one, arylaldehydes and malononitrile under the catalysis of triethylamine. Comparing to the conventional method, the one-pot synthesis has several advantages such as simple work-up and good yield. All products were characterized by IR, H-1 NMR and MS techniques.
