摘要：

The article brought forward the interrelated problem of technological market and technological innovation by means of systems analysis and synthetics. The technological market is the important component of the support system for the technological innovation. Bringing the function of the technological market into play will promote the technological innovation in an all-round way. In the article the theoretical analysis frame and the promoting mechanism model about the technological market promoting the technological innovation were structured from the functional angle, and the optimization route of the technological market promoting the technological innovation was reached.
