摘要
Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim. is an important condiment and traditional Chinese Medicine. Fifteen compounds were isolated from pericarps of Zanthoxylum bungeanum Maxim., including two alkylamides (1-2), five coumarins (3-7), seven flavonoids (8-14), and one alkaloid (15). Their structures were elucidated based on NMR experiments and by comparison with literature data. To the best of our knowledge, compounds 1 and 13 were first obtained from this plant, compounds 4-5 and 7 were first reported from the genus Zanthoxylum, compounds 11-12 were first obtained from the family Rutaceae, and compounds 1-2 and 9 were only isolated from Zanthoxylum (Rutaceae). Moreover, the chemotaxonomic significance of constituents was also discussed.
