摘要
His bundle pacing (HBP) aims to pass the stimulated pacemaker impulse through the specific conduction system to the myocardium and thus achieve physiological excitation of the ventricles. The challenge here is the localization of the His bundle and the positioning or fixation of a screw electrode there. In view of the increasing evidence, the potential benefits for patients as well as the procedural and technological developments, an HBP program was established at the department in 2018, which aims to use HBP as a standard stimulation method in patients with an expected pacing rate of > 40%.
