摘要
Employees are one of the most important resources, which are important for every well working organization. A permanent performance measurement and an evaluation are not usual only in the manufacturing companies but also in public services, the state sphere and the public administration at all. The performance evaluation is not useful only for leaders, bosses and chief executives but for the whole organization. According to the individual evaluation strategic goals of the organization are compared. The goal of the paper is to evaluate the employee performance at the university department by using weighted evaluating criteria in Saaty's matrix. The purpose is to ensure an objectivity in the performance evaluation by using various indicators.
