摘要
The paper shows the promising use of the "fractal dimension" parameter for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the surface structure of samples based on micrographs obtained by scanning electron microscopy and atomic force microscopy. The relationship of this parameter with some mechanical characteristics of polymer composite material PTFE-3% TU121 is studied.
