摘要：
Two new eremophilane sesquiterpene lactones, 1 beta-angeloyloxy-6 beta, 10 beta-dihydroxy-8 beta-methoxyeremophila-7(11)en-8 alpha,12-olide and 1 beta-angeloyloxy-6 beta,10 alpha-dihydroxy-8 alpha-methoxyeremophila-7(11)en-8 beta,12-olide were isolated from the extract of the whole plant of Ligularia myriocephala Ling. Their structures and stereochemistry were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods including intensive 2D-NMR techniques (COSY, gHMQC, gHMBC and H-1-H-1 NOESY) and HR-ESIMS.
