摘要
This article analyzes the origins of the Movement of Unity and Trade Union Coordination (MUCS), a unitary union group led by communism. It studies the meetings and disagreements between communist and peronist syndicalism in the reorganization of the labor movement in the second half of the 1950s, establishing links between programmatic claims, short-term political positions and party intervention in the unions. This work aims to be a contribution to communist studies, covering a historiographical vacuum identifying the bases on which Argentine Communist Party built its power in the unions in the late 1950s.
