摘要
Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancer that does not have an estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal receptor 2 (HER2). This makes it more difficult to treat because most hormone therapies target one of the three receptors. Modern therapy is the use of alternative natural sources such as medicinal plants, food plants, and fruits for cancer treatment and prevention. However, phytochemicals' action mechanisms remain ambiguous for TNBC. This study aimed to investigate the potential target proteins and the mechanisms of phytochemicals in the treatment of TNBC. In this study, a network clustering approach is used to identify potential targets and mechanisms of phytochemicals in the treatment of TNBC. A network of selected phytochemicals against TNBC was constructed and clustered to provide new reference information for the development and the use of phytochemicals in TNBC treatment.
