Fault Diagnosis Expert System for Hydraulic Pressure Based on Web

Aiming at the shortcomings including the difficulty collection of diagnostic rules, the development and maintenance costs too high for the traditional fault diagnosis expert system, the solution of fault diagnosis expert system based on web and analysis of its working principle are proposed in the paper. And the functions including the acquisition of expert system knowledge, diagnostic reasoning and user management with ASP (Active Server Page) and database technology are achieved. Combined with the self-developed Armored Vehicle Hydraulic non-disintegration tester, the hydraulic expert system of type 88 main tanks is developed, remote users can test the reference value of pressure pipe for different measurement points, remote fault diagnosis and maintenance recommendations are given through the network. The expert system knowledge base can be added and modified conveniently. The practice has proved that the system takes full advantage of the Internet and achieves the remote expert fault diagnosis quickly and effectively.
