摘要：

Longitudinal flow of a viscous fluid through an array of circular fibers embedded in a porous matrix is studied. The Darcy-Brinkman equation is solved by modified Bessel functions and point match. Asymptotic forms are found. The embedding porous medium greatly decreases the overall permeability.
