摘要：

Service quality is a hot topic in today's society, Based on EXCELsoftware,applying AHP to analyze the indexes, taking the survey data from Nanchang University Natatoriumas an example, and using SPSS to analyze the evaluation indicators, get the results that the quality of the service of university natatorium is still not satisfactory. Departments related should strengthen the management, improve service quality. In the end, it proposes measures for improvement according to the analysis of the problems.
