Impedance spectroscopy and dielectric properties of Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-NaNbO3 ceramics

摘要
The frequency (100Hz-1MHz) and temperature (450-575 degrees C) dependence of impedance spectroscopy of (1 - x)Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-xNaNbO(3) (x = O 0.02, 0.04, 0.06 0.08) system ceramics was investigated by the impedance analyzer. The effect of NaNbO3 concentration on the electrical properties of NBT was analyzed by the impedance data. The frequency explicit plots of Z '' versus frequency at various temperatures show peaks in the higher temperature range (>= 450 degrees C). The relaxation peaks are affected by the NaNbO3 concentration. The Arrhenius activation energies have been computed from the impedance data. From the investigations of dielectric properties as a function of temperature, it is observed that diffuse phase transition (DPT) is exhibited in these specimens. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V.
