摘要
Increasing the proportion of practical teaching is an important measure to adapt to the characteristics and characteristics of post education, and to focus on the cultivation of post ability. It indicates that the teaching of colleges and universities has been transformed from knowledge based to ability based. In order to improve the quality of practical teaching and train qualified personnel to meet the needs of the post of the army, we should try to solve the problems of ideological understanding, faculty, system construction and management mechanism.
