摘要：

Progressive supranuclear palsy, also known as Steele-Richardson-Olizewski syndrome, is an uncommon neurodegenerative parkinsonian disorder that starts in middle and late life, and is frequently misdiagnosed as Parkinson's disease. This review will cover the epidemiology, clinical picture, differential diagnosis and management of patients with progressive supranuclear palsy.
