摘要
Four Amaryllidaceae species, including wild, cultivated and ornamental plants (Sternbergia lutea, Pancratium maritimum, Narcissus tazetta and Clivia nobilis) were investigated for their content of alkaloids. Some already known (lycorine, narciclasine, hippamine and 11-hydroxyvittatine, ungeremine, zefbetaine and 9-O-demethylhomolycorine) and new (sternbergine, lutessine, narciclasine 4-O-beta -D-glucopiranoside and nobilisitine A and B) alkaloids were isolated and characterised for their chemical and biological properties. Furthermore, the products of microbial degradation and the role of lycorine as specific inhibitor of ascorbic acid biosynthesis are also described.
